Love this product. Minor complaints: - it sends charger cord straight down. Pointing it away from the console would be more useful, maybe multiple notches - it places the phone sort out high, so the air vent blows at it. This can help overheat the phone. Lower and angled slightly upward would really rock - if it came with advice on permanently/semipermsnently attaching the charger, I missed it. - it might have been cute if more of the internal volume was used, like a key slot or a card stashing slot. Pretty unsure if this would be nice or just gimmicky, let alone how nicely it would print Anyhow, this will make every time I drive my van nicer

It’s a pretty good quality plastic but for whatever resin it didn’t even come with Velcro or any type of strap to install so it had into be bought separately

It works perfectly installs easily and cost is very reasonable.

When I first got this, the mag charger wasn’t working and when I contacted Alex, there were no questions asked in a replacement was immediately sent out. I later learned that the iPhone not being updated to the latest version was the problem and when I contacted Alex back he said just keep the charger. Super responsive and amazing to work with!
