Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days of receipt.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sunday or holidays.
Shipping Options
All orders shipped to United States addresses have a Free Shipping option through USPS ground.
- $0+ (All Orders): Free USPS Ground Shipping (3–7 business days).
We do not ship outside of the United States.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Shipping times vary based upon shipping service selected at checkout.
We use USPS for all our shipments.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Damages
Rimrock Labs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
