I’ve tested this cubby insert for just a couple long drives so far. I’m very satisfied. The insert looks near factory. The fit is snug and flush (if you need to remove the insert for any reason I suggest a squirt bottle with soapy water). I’ve never been a phone mount person in the past but in this Sprinter I’m a fan. I can now view and easily adjust my music on the phone while also leaving my navigation visible on the larger in dash screen. Initially I ordered the item and the fit wasn’t quite right for my “rubber lined cubby”. I messaged the seller just to inquire and he explained that he hadn’t recived much feedback on his “rubber lined” design yet. He modified his design and sent me a new item that arrived within 48 hours. I strongly recommend contacting this seller with any questions.

Both were broken on arrival. Didn’t as for a refund to much of a hassle. Quality is bad.

This was to replace one my children broke. The fit is tight and feels like it will last. I’m putting a farm in overlander on the ball. Time will tell but it feels solid.
